Bare Board Test Fixtures –
ZD Test manufactures test fixtures for all major equipment including Mania, Everett Charles, TTI, and others.  Whether single density, double density, or quad density, 2-sided universal or clamshell.

Backplane Test Fixtures – ZD Test specializes in Backplane fixtures for both TTI machines and Testronics machines.  We can also provide test fixtures for Scorpion/Innovate equipment as well as ECT 9090.

Operating in cooperation with leading programming houses, ZD Test can offer cost-effective turn-key fixture/program packages for all major platforms including Agilent, Teradyne, GenRad, TRI,Seica and Testronics as well as others.

Test Fixture Plates & Kits – Many customers manufacture their own test fixtures in-house. ZD Test supplies the plates in a “kit” form, pre drilled with tooling holes to match your test equipment.  These kits are a significant cost and time saver for the printed circuit fabricator. The plates are available in poly-carbonate or specially formulated polystyrene which is distributed nationally as White Magic. I-C-T kits and accessories, produced by Landrex,  are also available for all platforms and fixture styles including, pneumatic, vacuum, mechanical or hydraulic.
